How it works

Local Measure hosts a Social Captive Portal where customers can login and access the venue Wi-Fi with a one-click social login. Once the customer logs in and agrees to the Terms and Conditions their customer profile is visible on Local Measure.

When customers arrive on premises, an alert is passed through to the location’s Cisco Spark space, prompting real-time engagement.

As customers arrive or return to a business' premises, Meraki Location Analytics pass an arrival notification through to Local Measure, enabling the business to view detailed customer profiles complete with a real-time customer activity log. Customized alerts can be routed into a Cisco Spark Space or viewable directly in Local Measure, allowing front-line teams to respond to customers, and drive a unique and personalized customer experience, from anywhere, on any device.
